We were able to complete most of the steps over text so I was in and out in around/less than 1 hour. Lauren was super nice and respectful. It's been over a month since I purchased my new Rav4 from Lauren. These are hard to come by and Lauren called me a month before it was coming in to let me know. It came in and we finished the deal. I didn't know buying a new car could be this easy. To say they are "low pressure" is an understatement. The start to finish buying process, including paperwork, was less than an hour. This is the only dealership I'm going to go to from now on.

On Saturday May 4th. 2024 Our 2018 Toyota Tacoma broke down on the highway, with our camping trailer in tow, over 600 miles from home. We were towed to Straatmann Toyota and spent the weekend in their parking lot in our camper as they were closed for the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, we left them a voicemail message explaining our situation. First thing Monday morning, May 6th 2024 as soon as the service center opened, we received a call from Mark in the service center (we were still camped in their parking lot), to let us know he was aware of our situation. Within an hour or so, they had our Tacoma in a service bay and determined the fuel pump had failed and was under recall by Toyota. Mark ordered a fuel pump and offered us a loaner Tacoma to use for the day. We didn't think we would need it but he insisted and left the loaner by our camper and handed us the keys to it. The fuel pump arrived in the wee morning hours of Tuesday May 7th. At 9:00 AM Tuesday morning we walked into the service center and to our surprise Bart, the service technician working on our truck let us know he had just finished installing the fuel pump and was about to pull the truck out for a test drive. Secondary to this, there was a recall on the Tacoma's third brake light which they also replaced. Everyone we encountered at Straatmann Toyota could not have been more friendly, helpful, understanding, and professional. I want to thank Mark and Bart for the exceptional service they provided to complete strangers who they knew they would probably never see again. They realized we were stranded, hundreds of miles from home and did everything they could to get us back on the road quickly and safely (Bart even checked the PSI in our tires). By the way, if Mark or Bart read this, thank you for making us feel like family. Our trip to Arizona was a success.

Edit to add my second amazing experience in 2025!!! I just bought a 2025 Toyota Tundra. I went to Straatmann based on my experience with the RAV4 and it was "more of the same". No pressure, I told Lauren my high levels thoughts and also said "I'll pay for nice things that I like, but don't want to pay for things that don't bring me joy". She helped guide me into the best truck, trim and options for me. Once again, I was able to purchase with paperwork done in 15 minutes. No pressure anywhere in the process, no deposit required while they sourced and found my dream truck. Along the way I also encountered Mark (Service) and Mike (GM) who were cut from the same cloth. Friendly, honest and customer centric. Lauren is an outstanding car sales rep, simply the best!!! I want to buy another Toyota just because this process is so unique and amazing!!! We just purchased a really nice brand new 2022 RAV4 Hyrbrid XLE Premium. This was the single best car buying experience of my lifetime (purchased over 20 cars). Dave was a fantastic and honest communicator. Straatmann sold us this hard to find vehicle for MSRP, when every other dealer was charging $2,000-$8,000 over MSRP. We were in and out within an hour, with half that time being spent with Dave teaching my daughter all about the vehicle, how to use the key features, etc... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was looking for a new 4runner for a awhile before calling Straatmann toyota. I was getting prices way over sticker at most lots and wait times of weeks for delivery. When I talked to Mike he said he one coming in a couple days. He called right away when it arrived and sold it to me for sticker price. We where in and out of the dealer in 1 hour. We had a great experience buying a used car here. They did a lot of maintenance on the car when it was traded in and allowed us to take the car to a shop of our own choosing to have it looked over thoroughly. Ask for Lauren as she was a pleasure to work with!

Wow! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They reserved the car for me (hard to find - I only got one due to them reserving), had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived, and were all extremely friendly. I had a last minute rebate that I didn't mention & they added that rebate immediately to the deal. Quite literally a 10/10 experience. Unlike other dealers, they genuinely care about their customers. This is the place to go!

I was searching for a car and was originally looking at other makes that were adding ridiculous market adjustments on top of already inflated pricing due to the pandemic. Toyota honors the price listed on their website and car stickers without adding this ridiculousness. Lauren was also super helpful and made the whole process quick and easy.

Saved me from making an 8-year mistake! I went in, ready, willing, and able to purchase a Toyota Sienna hybrid van so I could travel back and forth to Orlando to see my son, and just sleep in the van, avoiding hotel rooms on the way there and the way back. I had a 2020 Hundai Santa Fe to trade in with low miles. The manager refused to give me fair market value for my car, stating KBB values were inflated on it, while still expecting me to pay full retail value for his Sienna, knowing full well that as soon as it's driven off of the lot, it depreciates about $10,000-$20,000. My Hundai is at 0% interest, and purchasing from them, I'd have to pay between 3-4% to the bank in interest on the loan. My Hundai also has a lifetime warranty on all parts and service, rather than the 360-month warranty they offered, so thanks Mr. Manger. Instead of making an 8-year mistake by buying your van, and purchasing something that will depreciate in value, we decided to refinance 2 of our properties, pull out the equity, and pay off 2 other properties, and they will continue to bring us years of rental income, something we probably wouldn't have been able to do if we had bought your car. I can still nap in the Hundai, I have twice now, so no big deal. Thanks again!

Take it to Straatmann. No service. Apparently no worries. We'll get to it at our convenience. . Where lunch breaks supersede any customer service. If you are in a hurry ,go to Reuchers. They seem to know as much as the Straatman people about Toyota's because they actually know vehicles,not just how to read sensor but listen to the engines rather than rely on their hourly rate to tell them the problem with a vehivle.

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIERS SAID THEY DID MANTENANCE ON OUR TOYOTA BUT THEY LIED. WE WAS TO HAVE FLUIDS CHECKED AND TIRES ROTATED. THEY DID NONE OF THIS WE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY KICKED US OUT AND WE ARE NOT ALLOWED BACK WOULDN'T GO BACK THERE THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LIERS!!!!!!!!!!

Went to go see a vehicle that they posted on Friday for one price and when I showed up on Monday it was another price. I walked in with cash in hand and was turned down over a couple thousand dollars. They don't have any cars on the lot hardly and there's almost nobody working in there it's pretty much a dead dealership at this point.

Most unprofessional experience I have ever had with getting my car serviced. Made an appointment a week in advance and left my RAV there before they opened. Never did anything to my car or informed me they weren't going to do anything to it. Wasted a whole day waiting. Avoid

So rude and un professional. Surprised they are still in business. Very little cars to look at and such a small staff I assume their tactics are starting to make them suffer.

When for a front end alignment my vehicle was pulling to the right. Took it in, took them 2 hours and it was worse then before. Took it back, waited another 2 hours and service person Mark told me that the vehicle is supposed to pull to the right, they are made that way. I told him it never pulled that bad before and the steering wheel was moved to the left. He said we can fix that, but the computer says that the alignment was right. I told him if the steering wheel is pointed to the left that means the alignment is off. I told him that I was taking is somewhere that knows what they are doing. Wish I could give them a zero.
